Modest Scribblings of a Wannabe

A few things in life have inspired me enough to put pen to paper in an attempt to re-capture, in words, the thoughts and feelings inspired by the big and the little things in life. The best feeling has been the reaction from friends who I've written stuff specifically for. It seems that people get very moved if you spend the time and thought to write something just for them. Beautiful!

Creative writing has always been something that I've had a bit of an issue with. I always felt that it was something that I shouldn't even bother trying to do because it was only going to be shit and people would laugh at me for even trying.

Then I realised that I hadn't even tried so how could I know how good or bad I was. So I went for it.
