Science Press Internet Services designs, builds, manages and provides
original content for a whole host of medical websites.
My main tasks at the moment are managing the development of the
compnies internet site and developing and building an intranet site.
A large part of my job is to take traditional print content and
design an online interface that will maximise usability for the
end user (medical professionals). Content includes small disease
guidelines manuals, drug information databases, large image atlases.
In the majority of cases, this is then branded accordingly and integrated
into the client site.
I'm also involved in whole site development with a large influence
on structural and functional design and am heavily involved in the
managment of the development of a new series of patient-orientated
medical websites. I built the full demo site (www.csghealth.com)
(HTML and Javascript) and will be responsible for the day-to-day
and long-term management when the sites go live.
