More info

Westminster Cathedral is the principal Roman Catholic church in England. It was designed by John Francis Bentley, in an early Christian Byzantine style, and was completed in 1893 after 8 years of construction. The main tower is 286ft high. The orange and cream stone work combined with the many layers of domes, turrets, balconies and roofs makes for a very striking building.
