More info

A cathedral dedicated to St Paul has overlooked the City since 604AD. Designed by Sir Christopher Wren, the current cathedral is the fourth to occupy this site and was commissioned after its predecessor was burnt down in the Great Fire of London in 1666.

St Paul’s Cathedral has been the venue for many important ceremonies including the funerals of Lord Nelson and Winston Churchill and the wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer.
