The bridge and the creek made for a lovely backdrop that I just had to get photographed in front of.

He's safely over the first jump

On our walk round Wimbledon Common we spied this horse paddock.

He prepares for the second

I decided it was a great photo opportunity.

And what a jump that was

Neil was initially a little unsure.

Safely over the first jump

But with some persuasion and encouragement (not that much really)..

And now over the second

..we decided we'd go for the full on Black Beauty experience.

Oh such grace and elegance

But somehow it turned out more 'old knacker' than race horse.

Me on a log

Wimbledon Common is more wood than open space with plenty of logs to rest your weary backside on.
